Shillington
Shillington was formed out of necessity. Back in 1997, Andrew Shillington ran a busy design studio, but kept coming up short on his hunt for junior designers. There was plenty of passion but less-than-impressive proficiency. He found most graduates weren’t prepared with high-level technical skills and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines. So he decided to do something about it.
In 1997, Andrew founded Shillington—pioneering a new way of learning for design students to fast-track their creative career from nowhere to somewhere.
Twenty years later and our story is still evolving. We’ve expanded to six international campuses and seen graduates achieve incredible things, but we’ve always stayed true to our original mission and model. Things move fast at Shillington, and we plan on keeping it that way.
